For PDI Supervisor, Quality Control Supervisor to ensure new vehicles meet the highest standards for a reputable automotive company.
- Requires: Extensive experience in the automotive industry and strong technical knowledge.
- Salary guide: $70,000 - $83,200 per annum.
- Location: North-Western NSW.
Your normal day will involve:
- Leading the PDI team to perform thorough inspections, including test drives and damage identification.
- Maintaining records for PDIs, vehicle arrivals, and KPIs related to vehicle preparation.
- Improving quality control processes for new vehicle preparation and inspection.
- Fitting and installing all vehicle accessories as per purchase orders.
- Assigning daily tasks to the PDI technical team and monitoring work progress.
- Coordinating follow-ups on outstanding purchase orders and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Facilitating communication with General Management and between various departments.
As a PDI Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of ensuring every vehicle is impeccably prepared before delivery. Your leadership will directly impact quality and customer satisfaction, as you oversee a dedicated team and ensure compliance with industry standards.
